SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for your custom order to be shipped unless otherwise noted on your invoice. For smaller draft towers, we ship VIA UPS and can provide the tracking information once shipped upon request.
We work with a logistics company for larger orders that need to be freighted and generally have the trucking company contact the receiver on the day that they are delivering so arrangements can be made. We can also provide tracking for freight (once it is picked up) upon request.
RETURN POLICY
Once we receive 50% of the invoice total your tower is put into our production queue on the shop floor.
Upon receiving your custom draft tower, please open and inspect for damage before accepting. If any damage has occurred in transit, please call our office administrator at 518-828-6789.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at info@tappedbeer.com and we will do our best to work with you.
